Subscription refunds

Zipply Academy subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid term and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Eligible refund cases

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors verified by our team
  • Service unavailability exceeding our SLA for enterprise customers
  • Refund requests within 7 days of first purchase if no academy has been launched

Student course refunds

Refunds for courses sold through your academy are governed by your institute's policies. Zipply Academy facilitates payment processing but does not override academy-specific refund rules you publish to students.

How to request a refund

Email hello@zipply.app with your account email, order ID, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. See also our Terms of Service.
